Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and ours, each appointment is reserved just for you.
• Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of the service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.
• Being more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.
• Group bookings require 48 hours’ notice.
